KAAZ Close Ratio Gearsets/Final Drive Sets are designed to accomplish better over-all transmission performance. Their transmission drivetrain enables faster lap times with better gear matching for a more linear power-band range. Most factory transmissions are developed with street driving in mind, therefore their standard ratio's are not beneficial for performance usage. With KAAZ close ratio gears, you can improve gearing by shortening gear ratio's to provide maximum speed without lost of travel resulting from unmatched gears.
